At NVX Car Speakers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused apparel and accessories. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
